What is the Mira Cortisol Pattern™ Kit?

The Mira Cortisol Pattern™ Kit is an at-home urine test designed to help you track your stress patterns over time. Mira measures urinary free cortisol, providing a biological signal related to stress patterns. The Kit includes the Mira Monitor and 20 Cortisol Pattern™ Wands, and works with the Mira app.

I already use Mira. Do I need the full Kit?

No. If you already have a Mira Monitor, you only need the Cortisol Pattern™ Wands. They work with the same Monitor and the same app, and your stress patterns appear alongside your existing cycle, hormone and daily-log history.

How does testing work?

• Dip a Cortisol Pattern™ Wand in your urine sample, insert it into the Mira Monitor, and see your result in the Mira app.
• You can test once or twice a day. A first-morning test gives you a consistent daily reference point. Adding an evening test shows your daily stress rhythm and whether your body is winding down toward sleep.
• Your first week of testing builds your personal baseline, so your results are compared with what's typical for you, not population averages. After that, the Mira app will guide you to test about 2–3 times a week to track changes.

Will I see a number like my other Mira hormone tests?

No, and that's by design. Instead of a raw number, Mira combines your result with your daily logs into a personalized daily stress score, shown against your own baseline.

Should I choose 20 or 30 wands?

The only difference is whether you test once or twice per test day. Both options build your baseline and track your stress patterns over time.

• 20 Wands: morning tracking, roughly a one-month supply.
• 30 Wands: morning + evening tracking for a fuller view of your day. How long it lasts depends on your schedule and goals.

Can I use Cortisol Pattern™ Wands with my other Mira Wands?

Yes. If your testing days overlap, use the same urine sample for both, one wand at a time, and use the second wand within two hours.

Does the Cortisol Kit track fertility hormones too?

No. The Cortisol Kit includes Cortisol Pattern™ Wands only. To track fertility hormones such as LH, E3G, PdG and FSH, you'll need Mira hormone wands such as Ultra4, which work with the same Monitor.

Is this a medical test?

No. The Cortisol Pattern™ Kit is a wellness product for understanding your stress patterns over time. It is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it isn't designed to be compared with lab, blood or saliva tests. If you have questions about your health, please speak with your healthcare provider.

Can I use it during pregnancy?

The Mira app shows a disclaimer during pregnancy, and any recommendations should be treated with caution. Please check with your healthcare provider before using it while pregnant.

When will my pre-order ship?

Pre-orders start shipping on November 25, in the order they were placed, so earlier orders ship first. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

Can I cancel my pre-order?
