During the luteal phase (days past peak LH), at what point should I see my PdG levels sustained over 5?Updated 6 months ago
Should you become pregnant, PdG levels sustained over 5 are considered healthy. Generally, PdG levels will sit at <5 during the follicular phase. Levels start to rise 1-2 days after LH peak and then increase progressively. Typically, PdG levels will increase to over 5μg/ml after ovulation; then, it will reach its peak 6-8 days after ovulation and decrease to its baseline. During the luteal phase, PdG levels will increase to higher levels and will last for around 5 days - however, this number varies depending on the person.
