You can update your period dates in the app through two methods:

From the Homepage:

• Tap the plus (+) icon.
• Select "Log Data" then choose "Edit Period."
• Adjust the period dates on the calendar and press "Save."

Using the Calendar:

• Tap the Calendar icon at the top-right corner of the Homepage.
• Click on "Edit Period."
• Make necessary adjustments to your period dates and hit "Save."
