Make sure your tests are performed according to the instructions below:

– Please leave the test wand in the urine sample for about 20 seconds. For better results, please dip longer, but no longer than 25 seconds.

– Please keep the sampling end of the test wands pointing down after sampling the urine.

– Please don’t shake the test wand after sampling the urine.

– Please insert the test wand immediately into the Analyzer after sampling the urine.

– Please insert the wand horizontally into the Analyzer while letting the Analyzer sit on a horizontal surface.

– Please insert the test wand all the way into the Analyzer.
