The Mira Monitor tracks your actual hormone levels throughout your cycle and displays your unique hormone curve over time. The machine learning-powered app learns your cycle patterns and identifies hormone surges and peaks based on your individual data. Mira uses lab-grade fluorescent technology miniaturized into a palm-sized device for at-home use.Because other OPKs rely on one fixed baseline for everyone, they don&apos;t adapt to your personal hormone patterns, however, Mira does.&#xA0;Mira learns your personal LH levels over time and detects surges based on your own data.Mira adapts to your unique hormone patterns over time, instead of relying on one fixed threshold. Your cycle data is automatically synced and analyzed in the Mira app, with no manual charting needed.Depending on the kit, Mira can track multiple fertility hormones &#x2014; including LH, E3G, PdG, and FSH &#x2014; giving you a broader picture of your cycle than tracking LH alone. The Mira Analyzer tracks your actual LH levels throughout your cycle and shows you your unique hormone curve. Mira uses the lab-graded technology but shrank the lab equipment into a palm-sized device.
Other OPK's detect ovulation based on a static baseline LH. OPK only does a "one line" vs. "two lines" estimation. Mira gives you your actual fertility hormone levels. Since every woman is different, OPKs often lead to false positives or missed peaks, especially if you have variable or irregular cycles. OPK’s also can’t learn your cycle over time. It requires manual logging.
