   • Before your consultation: You can choose to test your hormones before your first consultation to provide a comprehensive starting point for your discussion with your Hormone Health Coach.
   • During your consultation: If you’re unsure about starting hormone testing on your own, discuss it with your Hormone Health Coach during your consultation. They can recommend the best approach tailored to your specific needs.
   • Mira’s at-home solutions: Explore Mira’s convenient at-home hormone testing solutions, designed to make tracking your hormone levels easy and accurate.
   • Already have results?: If you’ve already tested your hormones, bring your results to your consultation. Your coach will help you interpret the data and plan your next steps.
   • Unsure where to start?: No worries! If you’re new to hormone testing and don’t know where to begin, simply start with a consultation. Your Hormone Health Coach will guide you through the process and suggest the best path forward.
     
     
3. First Hormone Health Clinic for Fertility Consultation 
   
   During the 45-minute consultation, you will discuss your health background and fertility goals, review hormone results (if available), or determine what testing may be insightful. Your Hormone Health Coach will walk you through the proposed Fertility Plan, clarify any remaining questions, and suggest the next steps.
   
   
4. Review your progress 
   
   As a member, meet with your Hormone Health Coach over three Hormone Health Clinic for Fertility Consultations for personalized support. Together, you will review your progress, adjust the plan if needed, and ensure you are on track with your fertility goals.
   
   
5. After membership ends 
   
   Follow up and share your feedback about your experience. Based on your progress and needs, schedule additional Hormone Health Clinic for Fertility Consultation if needed.
