How to know if I ovulated?Updated 6 months ago
Knowing for certain if you ovulated may be difficult, but Mira is here to help you stop guessing and start tracking what really happens in your body. Once you start testing with Mira Monitor and Mira Wands, the application will analyze your cycle information and your hormonal results to give you:
Fertility Status: Overview of your current fertility status and chances of conception.
Fertility Score: A score from 1 to 10 for each day of your cycle, where 1 is the lowest fertility and 10 is the highest fertility.
LH Peak Indicator: Once your results show a peak of LH, Mira will add an icon to your home page. Typically, LH Peak occurs one to two days prior to ovulation, and the day of LH Peak will have the highest score of 10/10.
Ovulation Indicator: A green dot on the Mira App home page will show:
- Predicted Ovulation Day: Based on your cycle characteristics and previous cycles history.
- Detected Ovulation Day: Based on detection of LH peak prior to ovulation day.
- Confirmed Ovulation Day: Based on a pattern of growth of PdG, approximately one week after detected LH peak.
Keep in mind that the exact moment of ovulation cannot be confirmed with hormonal levels and the detected ovulation is based on the time of detected LH peak.
Chart: You can also analyze the pattern of your Mira Monitor’s results on the chart page. Look for the rise of E3G, followed by the LH peak, and PdG rise after the fertile window.
