How to manually change the date of my ovulation?Updated 12 days ago

To manually change your ovulation date in the Mira app, make sure you have the latest version of the app and follow these steps:

1) From the calendar page in the app, tap the top right corner to edit the cycle

2) Tap on ovulation and choose a non-menstrual date

3) Choose the reason for confirming the ovulation day, and click the confirm button

Please note, manually adding ovulation will delete any predicted, detected, or confirmed ovulation data, and only one ovulation day can be added per cycle.
