If Mira receives a subpoena, will you share my cycle data with the court?Updated 6 months ago

As a company, we may share some data in response to subpoenas, court orders, or legal processes to the extent permitted and as restricted by law.

BUT, it won’t be that simple.

First, if a prosecutor makes an informal request for user information, Mira’s position is to deny it.

If it will be followed up with a subpoena, Mira can challenge it in court – and we’re going to stand up for our users whenever necessary.

Also, we will promptly notify the user who is the subject of a request for data.

And again, yes, any user can delete their account, just click on the “delete my account” button on the app profile page. Clearing this data will essentially reset an app to its default state, making it act like when you first downloaded and installed it.

We genuinely hope this will bring our users some more much-needed peace of mind.

If you have any questions or concerns about your data privacy or want to speak to someone about this—please don’t hesitate to ask at [email protected]. We’re in this together.
