What does "Try Again" mean on the Mira Hormone Monitor?Updated 10 months ago

The "Try Again" message appears when the monitor temporarily fails to recognize the wand. This could be due to a few reasons such as poor contact between the wand and the monitor, incorrect insertion of the wand, or the monitor itself may have frozen.

What should I do if I see this message?

  1. Remove the wand and reinsert it fully until you hear a click.
  2. If the problem continues after reinserting the same wand twice, try using a new wand.
  3. If the issue persists, reset the monitor by pressing the reset button (located in a small pinhole on the back) and then test with a new wand.
