The "Try Again" message appears when the monitor temporarily fails to recognize the wand. This could be due to a few reasons such as poor contact between the wand and the monitor, incorrect insertion of the wand, or the monitor itself may have frozen.
What should I do if I see this message?
- Remove the wand and reinsert it fully until you hear a click.
- If the problem continues after reinserting the same wand twice, try using a new wand.
- If the issue persists, reset the monitor by pressing the reset button (located in a small pinhole on the back) and then test with a new wand.
