No problem at all! Simply log in to your Mira account and navigate to the "Manage Subscription" section. From there, you can easily update your shipping address to ensure your orders are delivered to the correct location.

Address Accuracy & Order Processing Policy

At Mira, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible—often on the same day. Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfilment system, making it difficult to make changes.

Address Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We do not reship or refund orders that were shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Order Changes & Cancellations:

Due to our fast processing time, changes to shipping details may not be possible. However, if you notice an error, please reach out to our Customer Support team immediately after placing the order. While we cannot guarantee modifications, we will do our best to assist.

Tracking & Address Corrections:

Once tracking information is provided, the best course of action is to contact the carrier directly to request an alternative pickup option. Many major carriers allow package holds or rerouting to a nearby location for retrieval.
