What should my FSH levels look like throughout my cycle?Updated 6 months ago
FSH levels vary depending on the individual. Generally, FSH levels are below 10 during the non-fertile phase. However, these levels increase at the onset of the LH surge and progressively rise until reaching their peak on the day of ovulation. During ovulation, FSH levels can range between 6.2-17.2 mIU/mL. At this time, both FSH and LH levels peak, triggering the release of the egg (ovulation). In some women, FSH levels may even increase to 30 or higher on this day.
