If you return an order that was fully paid for, the points you earned from it will be removed. If you return only part of an order, the points will be deducted proportionally to the cost of the returned item.

If you used points to get a coupon for your purchase and then fully return the order, those points will be returned to you. However, if you partially return an order where you used a coupon, no points will be returned as the coupon is applied to the entire order.
