If you're in TTC (Trying to Conceive) mode or just tracking your cycle, here's when to start testing with Mira Ovum:

• Begin testing the day after your period ends.
• Test every two days until your fertile window starts.
• Once your fertile window begins, test every day.
• If you detect the LH surge, keep testing for three more days.
• If you don't detect the LH surge, continue testing for five more days after the predicted ovulation day.

Menopause Mode:

For regular cycles:

• Start testing with Ovum Wands on the 2nd day of your cycle
• Test for 4 consecutive days
• Repeat for 2 cycles in a row

For irregular cycles:

• Start testing with Ovum Wands on any day of the month
• Test for 5 consecutive days
• Repeat for 2 months in a row

Note that hormone treatments may affect results.
