Why do I keep getting a “sample error"?Updated 4 months ago

  • Incorrect Wand Orientation: Ensure the wand's test end is pointing downward after dipping it in urine.
  • Improper Wand Insertion: Place the Monitor on a flat, horizontal surface before inserting the wand.
  • Movement During Countdown: Avoid moving or tilting the Monitor during the countdown.

How can I fix these issues?

  • Dip the wand in the urine sample for 20 to 25 seconds maximum.
  • Only submerge up to three grids of the sampling end into the urine without exceeding the MAX line.
  • Ensure only the sample collecting end touches the urine.
