If you're receiving this message on your Mira Hormone Monitor, it may indicate an issue with the device. Please follow these initial steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Reset Your Analyzer: Use a pin to perform a reset on your analyzer, and then attempt to test it again with a new wand.

  2. Contact Us for Further Assistance: If the issue persists despite trying the above step, we're here to help.
