Data not Syncing While Mira Hormone Monitor and App ConnectingUpdated 4 months ago
We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your Mira Hormone Monitor. Could you please kindly try the following if you haven’t done so?
- Close the application and then reopen it.
- Reset the Mira Hormone Monitor by pushing the pinhole at the back of it.
- Make sure your app is updated to the newest version.
- Make sure your Wi-Fi setting doesn’t block the app and try opening the app with your Wi-Fi on.
- Disconnect the Mira Hormone Monitor from the app, and then reconnect them.
Tip for you ??
You can also try to manually enter your unsynced data by clicking the menu icon on the top right corner of the Chart page and selecting “Add new measurement”
