At Mira, we process and ship orders quickly, often on the same day. Because of this, correcting an address after placing an order can be difficult. Here’s what you need to know if you've entered the wrong shipping address

Can I Change My Shipping Address After Ordering?

Yes! You can automatically update your shipping address within 2 hour of placing your order. After 1 hour, changes are not guaranteed, but please email us at [email protected], and we’ll do our best to assist you.

What If My Order Has Already Shipped?

Once your order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. However, you can:
✔️ Check your tracking details—some carriers allow you to request a pickup at a nearby location.

What Happens If My Order Was Delivered to the Wrong Address?

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer, we do not reship or refund the order.

How to Prevent Address Issues?

✅ Double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
✅ Ensure your apartment/unit number is included if applicable.
✅ If using auto-fill, confirm the details are correct before submitting.
