For U.S. Returns:

• If you request a return label from us, a $9 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
• A 15% restocking fee will also be applied to cover handling costs.
• Please note that VAT and other customs fees are non-refundable.

For International Returns:

• Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for the shipping cost of returning their order.

Using Your Own Shipping Service

If you prefer, you can use your own shipping service instead of purchasing a return label from us. Simply send the package using a trackable shipping method and provide us with the tracking number once the return is shipped.
