Will there be any deductions or additional costs for returning a product?Updated 2 months ago

For US orders requesting a return label, we will charge $9 for the label. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the product’s original price to cover handling costs. This fee does not cover shipping expenses. Please note that VAT and other customs fees are non-refundable.

For all returns outside of the US, shipping costs will apply. Please consider these factors when initiating a return.
